I’ve trained with Suzanne just over a year on and off some , 4-5 days a week norm when on , she’s convenient on making the times work best she can for your work schedule , and keeps u motivated and wanting to show up and get the work done , the work outs are always diff and never boring, and results speak for themselves , I’m prob down 25 lbs and toned up alot ,Definitely recommend her!
